Love it or Hate it: Thomas Wylde Skull-studded boots

These Thomas Wylde boots are actually studded with... skulls. That sure is an interesting idea, but the real question is - do you think they are 'yey, I totally need these' interesting or just 'crazy people's idea' interesting. I have not really decided, have you?

Christian Louboutin Spring/Summer 2010 collection

'Tahiti'

There is no other shoe designer, who makes me drool all over my keyboard, when I see his creations. You may find all these fabulous styles on his web page and, of course, many more. And don't forget to take a peek into handbag section. You can also find countdown to the winter collection on the Louboutin homepage and, yes, that will be just like Christmas to all shoe addicted all over the planet.

Daily Fail: Manolo Blahnik Vine Ankle-Wrap Thong Sandal

Would you like to spend $945 on shoes that look like made for an eight-year-old? Even if they are Manolo's and even if sometimes I do want to spring around pretending to be a garden fairy, but no. Not even then.

Daily Fail: Ash Studded Denim Wedge

Miu Miu Whipsnake pumps - because I love green shoes

Green is perfect colour for spring and these Miu Miu whip snake pumps are utterly gorgeous. I'm usually not a huge fan of snake skin pattern, but this colour make it far more sophisticated and will definitely make this pair a true statement piece of your spring wardrobe. If you are tempted and an can scratch together some 400 pounds, you may get these here.

Just look at them. How can you NOT want them? How? I just wish I had some spare 1000 pounds... If you do, though, you may get them here.

Daily Fail: Gucci GG Twins Patent Sandals

Now why... wait, I don't even want to know why. Why such  a influential designer would want to create something as hideous as this. Yeah, it will be back in style after a decade or two, but there are some things we don't need to be reminded of. Like these GG Twins Patent Sandals. I used to wear something like this when I was 6 years old and even then only because my mum made me.

Daily Fail: ASOS BLACK BELLA Suede Peep Toe Shoe Boot

Platform is a good thing - it helps to balance on the really high heels, it gives more interesting look for the shoes and it is very, very fashionable right now. But again I must say - too much of a good thing - not always work. And this time - it apparently didn't. These huge shoes are £100 from ASOS.

Shoes on Budget: ASOS LOLLIPOP Bow Glitter Ballerina Pumps

With all that glitter and sweet little bow on the front these cute ballerina pumps really make me think about lollipops and skipping ropes, also red and white checked skirt. AND they are only £18 from ASOS.

Daily Fail: Alexander McQueen Spring 2010 ready-to-wear horror

Oh. My. God. Seriously. What the hell is that thing? Yes, I know that McQueen's runway shows are always surprising and provocative (and definitely challenging for models), but don't you think THIS is a bit too much? These 'shoes' (I don't even want to use that word for this horror) are something beyond just provocative - they are just plain weird. If this doesn't put you off and you still want to see more of Alexander McQueen Spring 2010 ready-to-wear, you can do it here. For others - more crazy shoe pics after a jump.

Sparkling Stuff: Limited Collection Sequin Platform Shoes

Sparkly, colourful, daring, crazy shoes. Exactly what one needs on a cold and gray fall day! And these definitely wont destroy your carefully planned budget - they are only £19.50 from M&S.

ASOS CLAUDIA Suede Round Toe Over The Knee Boot

Over-the-knee boots definitely are the seasons must have and these ones from ASOS ticks all the boxes for me - they are suede, the heel is not too high, the rich berry colour is bright and eye-catching, the toe is rounded and I could survive the 125 pound price tag. Also available in blue-gray. If you are lusting over these just like I am, you may find them here.

Daily Fail: Matisse Footwear Savannah Shearling Clogs

Yeah, these are really ugly shoes. I mean, seriously, I haven't seen a nice, good looking (I would even go with not hideous, for God's sake) pair of clogs or mules. Why not just stop making them? So, Savannah Shearling Clogs - fashion fail for me. And now, excuse me, I have to go bleach my brain and have a short meditation over Louboutin pumps.

Merill Grey leaf detail shoe boots from BooHoo

Aren't these shoe boots just lovely? The silver leaf detail looks just perfect on the grey suedette and I love the little studs on the leaves... And, of course, I am a big fan of the concealed platform and stiletto heel combination too. If you like these booties too, you may find them here.

Carvela Astroid Suede High Heel Platform Shoes

Absolutely fabulous shoes - stunning colour, sky-high heel, hidden platform, stud emmbalsishment. It thicks all the right boxes for me, unfortunately these are almost sold out at Debenhams - only two sizes left. I will have to wait for stock up or find some other retailer.

Love It or Hate It: Iron Fist platform heels

Again, I am not sure weather I love these shoes or not. They are definitely not for all tastes, but they are also interesting and unusual and I like the punk feeling about them. Probably this type of shoe - platform peep-toe heels - can pull off almost everything... What do you think, readers? To love or not to love these shoes? If you  choose love and are sure you can't live without them anymore, you may buy them here. For others, let some more pics after a jump make it easier for you to decide.

Daily Fail: Marc Jacobs Metallic leather ankle boots

Oh, Marc Jacobs, why did you have to make these shiny gnome ankle boots? Why? Isn't there enough ugliness in the fashion world? However, if you want to please your inner gnome, you can buy them here.
