Very interesting leather tote from BE & D with a studded banding and fabulous ruffle detailingat the front and back. Love the cute rolled handles and am glad that ruffles are not leaving the fashion spotlite just yet. If I wouldn't be just $1,190.00 short, I would add this to my wardrobe immediately.
